New Directions Europe Is Joining Mystic Moments

We’d like to let you know that New Directions Europe will soon be operating fully under the Mystic Moments brand.

For many customers, this will feel like a natural next step. New Directions Europe and Mystic Moments have always operated closely as sister companies, offering the same products, produced and despatched from the same location, and supported by the same team.

The formal handover date is planned for 30th January.

What This Means for You

• The same product range
  You’ll continue to have access to the products you know and trust.
• No change to service
  The same team, support, and fulfilment remain in place.
• Same people, same place
  Nothing changes behind the scenes.
• Everything already in progress is protected
  All outstanding orders, account credit, and product guarantees will be fully honoured.

Your Account

To continue ordering after the handover, you’ll have the option to activate a Mystic Moments account. Nothing will happen automatically.

Your details will only be transferred and a Mystic Moments account set up if you choose to do so.

If You Decide to Activate an Account

• We’ll securely transfer your basic details (such as name and address).
• For security reasons, passwords cannot be transferred.
• You’ll receive an email with instructions to set a new password and complete your account activation.

Please note that your previous New Directions order history will not appear in your Mystic Moments account. However, you’ll still be able to access your New Directions account for a period of time to view or download past invoices and order information.

Loyalty Points

Any existing New Directions loyalty points will be carried across and applied to your Mystic Moments account once it has been activated.

As the loyalty schemes operate separately, you’ll need to ensure you’re registered for the Mystic Moments loyalty programme in order to use your points.

This change is simply to streamline our operations and reduce duplication, allowing us to focus resources on continuing to serve you as reliably as possible.
